Spring Sale Spotting
Amazon’s mission is to be Earth’s most customer-centric company. While it is consistently ranked as one of the most admired companies in the world, there is always a job to be done to increase brand warmth and make customers feel good about choosing Amazon. Against the backdrop of a cost-of-living crisis, we produced and launched a new comedy TV series, Amazon’s Spring Sale Spotting, which helped customers spot the best Spring low-cost deals. The social-first content was fronted by everyone’s favourite presenter, Rylan, and featured fluffy Spring animals including 12 new-born chicks, 7 bunnies, and 2 leaping lambs. The show reached over 25 million people and increased brand warmth by 240%.
