Late payments is the number one issue that cripples small business cash flow, so how could Xero help them chase their invoices? Naturally, we channelled our inner pop diva and rewrote Adele’s mega hit Chasing Pavements to Chasing Payments. A suitably sombre music video was created that small businesses could send to late payers to prompt immediate action. And it worked, generating hundreds of pieces of earned media coverage, thousands of views and an uptick in customers in the process.
