Big Bugs on Tour
intu wanted to attract a family audience to its shopping centres, so we brought the outside in by creating 12 supersized bugs that went on a year-long tour of each arcade. The shopping centres were turned into giant bug hunts with NFD technology enabling kids (and parents) to talk to the insects and learn all about them. The activity increased intu’s NPS by 21 points, footfall by 5% and family spend by 25%.
