Heathrow
Heathrow is one of the world’s busiest airports, but only a very small minority of passengers were posting about their airport experience on social media, and the majority of those posts were negative. We wanted to change that and turn the millions of Heathrow passengers into brand advocates by giving them something positive to post about. We worked with some of the world’s most famous street artists to re-create their unique installations in the airport, providing the perfect selfie backdrops and reminding passengers that the wonder of international travel starts at Heathrow. The Insta Wonders of the World campaign reached over 120 million people, generating a 20% increase in #Heathrow social media engagement, and making it the most Instagrammed airport in the world.
